Rohit is a combination of an ace film technician and an MBA. Understanding advertising and communication briefs to shooting complicated  stereoscopic 3D films comes naturally to him. He brings a unique repertoire to the organization, having worked in the field of Media and Communications for over 20 years and 350 projects as a Director. Prior to setting up Unit 1, he worked with top television and media companies and his contribution to their success has been immense. He also produced and directed landmark events like Aasha Bhonsle Concert, Lakshmi Kanth Pyarelal Concerts for Sony Entertainment Ltd.

Smita comes with over 14 years of experience in media planning and buying and has worked extensively in India, Dubai and Canada with super specialty in planning and buying print, radio, television, outdoor and electronic media in Canada for mainstream as well as ethnic clients.
In addition to have worked with clients like ICICI Bank Canada, Etihad Airways, Mattamy Homes, Peel Regional Police, Mercedes Benz, for ethnic media planning and buying, Smita also provides ethnic language consultancy for projects of Govt. of Ontario, Peel School Board, TV Series on CBC.

Sunil Salgia

Sunil is a Director and Writer. He is a renowned name from the television industry of Mumbai. In a carrier span of 22 years he has directed 16 Television serials for the leading Hindi channels, more than 100 ad-commercials, 50 documentaries and innumerable shows like game shows, talk shows, live events, musicals etc.
His popular shows include, Rajni, Daftarnama, Haal Kaisa Hai Janaab Ka, Dekh bhai Dekh, Chahme Baddoor, Aao Behen Chugli Karen, Daddy Samjha Karo, Angrezi Mein Kehte Hain, Aan, and the first ever Indo-Pak serial “Lakhon Mein Teen” for Geo TV.
Besides many award winning shows like Udaan, Hum Panchhi ek daal ke, he has edited the color version of the classic feature film “Mughal e Azam”.
He was the Sr. VP of Infinity Film Completion Services also the Creative Head with Shobhana Desai Productions & held the office of Cintel India as the director.

Ruchira Bhargava, Strategy and Planning

Ruchira is a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst and has worked for companies like Adobe, Intuit, First Franklin, Maxim, Governance One and ASA Computers, in the USA. She has worked in multiple industry verticals in India and US.
In 2008, she worked as a News anchor, Sub Editor and Writer and helped in conceiving shows like Home Economics and Legally Yours at RETV Channel (Real Estate Television), in Bangalore.
